Kadant South America, formally known as CBTI, was acquired by Kadant in April 2013 and merged with Kadant Johnson Latin America which was founded in 2001 in São Paulo, Brazil. In addition to rotary joints and unions, Kadant South America manufacturers syphons, thermocompressors, desuperheaters, steam systems, and steam system controls.
